Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh RAW ground beef
  • 8 oz. tomato juice
  • 3/4 c. oats (quick or regular)
  • 1 beaten egg white
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Put into bag and freeze. When thawed, shape into loaf and put loaf pan to bake. You can also freeze this in a loaf pan, cover with foil, label and freeze. When thawed, bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
