Ingredients
- 3 lbs. boneless pork
- 3 lg. cans diced green chilies (7oz)
- 1 sm. can diced jalapenos
- 5 c. water
- 1 med. diced onion

Preparation
Step 1
Season meat with onion, salt, season all, chili powder (frosted over all meat) garlic, and a dash of cheyenne pepper (sprinkle small amount on top of water). Cook at 325°F for 5-6 hours. Break up meat and freeze in family sized portions.
Add:
1 can refried beans
soft taco shells
cheese
beans
onions
etc.
