Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken pieces
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 3 Tbs. cornstarch mixed with 4 Tbs. cold water
- 1 cu. sliced carrots
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Chow Mein noodles (optional)
- Toppings to be added when serving (see below)

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except chicken pieces. Bring to a boil to thicken. Add chicken pieces. Bring to a boil to thicken. Add chicken, pour into bag and freeze. When thawed, heat through and serve over rice and or chow mein noodles. Stack with a variety of your favorite toppings: chopped tomatoes, chopped green pepper, coconut, sliced celery, pineapple tidbits, grated cheese, chopped green onion, water chestnuts, or anything else that sounds good to you!
