- Frosting (make or buy)
- Sprinkles
- Candy, pixie stix, lollipops,jelly beans, ect....
- Plastic bags
- Ribbon

Step 1
Frost top of cones and roll in sprinkles. Sit on a plate and chill in frig. Fill cones with candies. Put in a bag and tie with ribbon.
