Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 2/3 lb ground beef
- 2 med onions, chopped
- 29 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 2 1/2 C canned tomato juice
- 4 oz canned green chili peppers, diced, drained
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 servings elbow macaroni
- 31 oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 C low fat cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1
Cook ground beef and onion, drain and return to skillet.
stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, chili peppers and+ chili+ powder. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni and beans, return to boil. reduce heat and cover-and simmer until mac is tender, about 15 minutes.
spoon into bowls and spinkle with cheese.
1 Cup serving + 1 TBSP cheese = 7 points
