CARVER'S CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD

Ingredients
- 1/4 heat romaine lettuce
- 1 large coddled egg
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 strip anchovies
- 1 tsp capers
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 c love garlic
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, use a metal spoon to mash the garlic clove with half the salt. Add the lettuce and set the bowl aside.
In a medium bowl, add remainder of salt, anchovies, capers, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Mash to a paste using a metal fork and spoon.
Add lemon juice and coddled egg. Whip this as you slowly pour in the oil. Pour this mixture over lettuce in a large bowl.
Add croutons, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Toss with wooden salad tongs.
