Oreo Cheese Cake (Peg Rojohn)

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 2 Cups (crumbled) Oreo Cookies
• 2 T. Butter (melted)
• Press into a 9x13 pan and set aside.
• 4 - 8 ox pkgs Cream Cheese -softened
• 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
• 2 T. Flour
• 4 Eggs
• 3 Egg Yolks

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and pour 1/2 the mixture on crust. Put the rest of cookies on this (break up first).
Add rest of filling mixture.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 mins.
Then at 225 degrees for 50 mins.
Let cool.
Topping:
2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
Put on cake and freeze
