Chocolate Cream Dessert/ Ma's

Ingredients

• st Layer:
• 1 Cup flour
• 1/2 Cup Butter
• 1/3 Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
• Mix well, press in 9x13 ungreased pan.
• Bake 350 degrees 15 mins.
• Cool and set aside.
• nd Layer:
• 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
• 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 8 oz Cool Whip
• Combine sugar, cheese and add cool whip.
• Spread on 1st layer carefully.
• rd Layer:
• 3 Small Boxes instant Milk Choc. Pudding
• 4 1/2 Cup Milk
• (or 2 sm boxes and 3 Cups Milk
• Mix and pour over 2nd layer.
• th Layer:
• Cool whip over 3rd layer.
