Ingredients
- 2 cups rhubarb
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Put in 9 x 9" cake pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Mix together rest of ingredients and pour on top of rhubarb/sugar mixture. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.
