- 3 cups of chicken broth
- 2 -lb bag of frozen hash browns
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups milk

Step 1
Place broth, potatoes, salt and pepper in cooker
Cook on high 4 hrs.
Mash a little in cooker
Add milk - blend thoroughly
Cook on high until hot
