Ingredients
- 2 Marinated Sliced Chicken Breast
- 2 oz Roasted Cashews
- 2 Tbsp Salad Oil
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 Diced Red Bell Peppers
- 1 medium Diced Onions
- 1/2- 1 bunch Sliced Cilantro (1” Long)
- 4 Sliced Green Onion

- *Marinate:*
- 2 Sliced Chicken Breast
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cornstarch

- *Sauce:*
- 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
*Sauce Preparation:*
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Mix together Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Water and Cornstarch. Set Aside.
*Marinating Chicken Breast:*
1. Combine chicken breast, water, salt, and cornstarch in medium bowl. Mix together.
*Cooking Directions:*
1. Heat cooking wok or pan on medium heat.
2. Add 2 Tbsp salad oil and chopped garlic. Cook for 5 seconds.
3. Place the marinated chicken breast into wok or pan. Stir fry for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
4. Add diced red bell peppers and diced onions. Continue to cook and stir for 10 seconds.
5. Add sauce. Stir sauce until it boils and thickens.
6. Mix in cashews, cilantro, and green onions just before serving.
7. Place entree on plate. Serve immediately.
