Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 2 Tablespoons oil (divided)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup Panko
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice and nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Gravy:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 9 cups beef broth
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper
- parsley leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Meatballs:
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add onion.
Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
Set aside.
Mix all the meatball ingredients.
Cook in remaining olive oil.
Gravy:
Melt butter in skillet.
Whisk in flour until brown (about 1 minute).
Gradually, whisk in broth.
Stir until thickened.
Stir in sour cream.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in meatballs and cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnish with parsley leaves.
