Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnut halves
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 lemon (finely grated zest and juice)
- 1 large red delicious apple
- 1 large Granny Smith apple
- 2 small celery stalks (chopped)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes (halved)
- 1 large head butter lettuce (trimmed, washed, and dried, leaves separated)
- freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
To serve, spread the leaves out on a platter. Fill each leaf with a spoonful of the apple mixture, top with toasted walnuts.
Helpful Tips:
- Add shredded rotisserie chicken for a heartier dish!
- Make the salad ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to serve. Fill the lettuce cups right before serving.
