  • 2 cups 1/2 n 1/2
  • 6 cups 2% milk
  • 12 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 block dark chocolate

Step 1

Shave chocolate into curls using a vegetable peeler. Set aside.

Place white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl; set aside. Place milk and 1/2 n 1/2 over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around edges of pan (about 4 minutes). Do not boil

Remove mixture from heat. Immediately pour over white chocoate.When chocolate begins to melt, gently stir to combine.

Whisk in vanilla. Continue whisking until light foam forms. Serve immediately. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
