White Sangria II

Ingredients

• 1 bottle white wine - (750 ml) (a Spanish white, made from grape
• varietals like Albarino, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo, Viura, Torrontes, or Godello)
• 1/4 cup brandy
• 1/4 cup peach schnapps
• 1 orange - (to 2) cut into chunks
• 1 apple - (to 2) cut into chunks
• 1 peach - (to 2) cut into chunks

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pitcher, combine the ingredients. Stir and let sit for at least 2 hours, refrigerated. Serve plain, over ice, or with soda water.
