Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 25 Large Marshmallows, Cut Up
  • 12 Ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 11 1/2 Ounces Milk chocolate chips
  • 2 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1 Cup Pecans (Optional), Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a large heavy pot, mix together sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter. Bring mixture to a boil and let mixture boil for (2) minutes. Turn off burner but leave the pot on the burner. Add cut-up marshmallows and stir until melted. Add each type of chocolate separately and stir after each one until melted. Add nuts last.

Pour into a buttered 12 x 16 x q pan or two (2) 9 x 13 pans.

Let fudge set before cutting.
