Ingredients
- 6 * 6 English breakfast sausages
- 14 * 14- oz (398- mL) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 * 1 small chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped (optional)
- 1 * 1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 * 1/4 tsp (1 mL) granulated sugar
- 540 * 540- ml (19- oz) can bean medley, rinsed and drained

Step 1
Coat a large, wide frying pan with oil and set over medium-high heat. Prick sausages in several places and add. Turn often, until browned, 5 to 7 min. When sausages are browned, reduce heat to medium-low. Pour tomatoes into pan. Stir in chipotle, oregano, sugar and beans. Cover and stir occasionally until sausages are cooked through and beans are warm, 8 to 10 min.
