Baked Ravioli
By srumbel
You can chose your favor flavor of ravioli..cheese, meat, veggie. Whatever works for you. Fresh or frozen ravioli is also an option. If you do decide to go with frozen, they need to come to room temp before adding the breading. Toss them in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes or just let them sit out for a bit. Either way will work. You could bread them while frozen, but, the bread crumbs stick much better when they aren't. Also, lots easy and less frustration. Trust me. I've made many, many, pans of these. They are delightful alone or dip em' in some spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce for some extra fun!
