Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup 1% (or skim) milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanila sugar-free instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup light no-sugar added vanilla ice cream
  • 2 drops green food coloring
  • scant 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1/2-2/3 cup crushed ice

Step 1

1. Combine the milk and pudding mix in a blender. Blend to mix. Allow pudding to set for 1 minute.

2. Add ice cream, green food coloring, mint extract and crushed ice and blend on high until the ice is completely incorporatted and shake is thick and creamy.

TIP: An immersion blender also works great. Simply follow the directions using a large glass or cup to hold the ingredients.
