Ingredients
- 4 Chicken cutlets, butterflied and pounded thin
- 3/4 tsp. adobo seasoning
- 1 package Goya Sazon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 4 thin slices ham
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 3 eggs
- 4 tblsps. milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Approximately 1/4 cup oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season chicken with abobo, Sazon and allspice.
2. On each piece, place 1 slice each of ham and cheese. Roll up from short end, closing with toothpicks.
3. Mix eggs and milk in a small bowl. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture. Then dredge in bread crumbs.
4. Heat oil in large, heavy skillet. Fry rolls on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
