Ingredients
- 1/4 c Italian salad dressing
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb chicken breast
- salt & pepper to tasste
- olive oil
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1 1/2 c matchstick carrots
- 1 c halved grape tomatoes

Step 1
In a bowl whisk together Italian dressing, balsamic vinegar, honey and pepper flakes. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan. Add salt and pepper to chicken then place chicken in warmed pan. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping once.
Add 1/2 the dressing mixture to cooking chicken.Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Add asparagus, carrots and grape tomatoes to liquid that remains in frying pan. Add salt & pepper to taste. Cook until tender. Set aside.
Add the remaining dressing to your still hot skillet, bring to a boil for 1 minute, until thickened.
Assemble chicken on top of sautéed veggies, then drizzle with the thickened dressing. Enjoy!
