Butterscotch and Choc Chip Sugar Cookies/Ma's

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1 Cup or (2 sticks) butter
• 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 tsp Cream of Tarter
• 5 Cups Flour
• 1/2 pkg butterscotch chips (optional)
• 1/2 or less pkg Choc Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together. Roll into balls and roll in sugar, place on ungreased sheet. Press with a fork.
Bake at 350-375 degrees for 8-10 mins.
These do not spread much or need to get brown.
