Ingredients

• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup (2sticks) Butter
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 tsp Cream of Tarter
• 2 Cups Flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream: Butter and sugar. Add, egg and vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients. Mix, Place a piece of dough the size of a walnut on a greased cookie sheet. Press down with a fork dipped in water. Sprinkle with colored sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 mins.
