Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs bonless chicken breast
  • 1 large jar pace picante medium
  • 1 family size bag of tortilla chips
  • 4 cans chicken broth
  • 4 cans beef broth
  • 1 large mexican shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seed
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • pepper
  • 2 cans chopped green chilis
  • cilantro, chopped
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 large avacados sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Bake chicken brest at 350 until not all the way done. Add to sauce pan along with all other ingrediants except cheese, avacado and chips. Bring to a boil and simmer four a few hours till chicken is cooked and soup is flavorful. Put chips in a bowl, pour soup over, top with cheese and avacado.
