Ingredients
- 4 portobello mushrooms
- 80 g/1 cup of cheese
- 4 handfuls of spinach
- 12 tbsp marinara
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1) Wash the mushrooms and then divide the spinach, marinara, garlic, basil and cheese between each one
2) Put them in a preheated oven at 200C/390F for 20 minutes.
