Chicken Enchilada Cake

Ingredients

• Possible additional ingredients:
• 8 flour tortillas
• 1 10oz can enchilada sauce
• 2 cups shredded chicken
• 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 can roasted green chiles
• 1 can sliced black olives

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line an 8 inch round cake pan with parchment paper. Make layers in this order: tortilla, sauce, chicken and mozzarella. Continue the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese. Bake until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is bubbling, about 30 minutes
