Tex Mex Dip/ Julie Krause's

Ingredients

• 1 T. Lemon Juice
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
• 1/2 pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
• 1 1/2 Med. Ripe Avocados
• 1 Can Bean Dip
• 1/8 tsp. Pepper
• 1/2 pkg (4oz) Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1 pkg Tortilla Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Peel, pit and mash avocados in med. size bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning in a bowl.
Assemble:
Spread bean dip on a pie plate. Top with Avocado mixture. Layer with sour cream and taco mix. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Serve with chips
