Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 cups of whole milk
- 3/4 cups of Apple Jack Brandy
- 3/4 cups of whiskey
- 1 pint of whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
• Beat egg whites and yolks separately
• Add 2 cups of sugar to the yolks and beat until creamy, the mixture will be a little grainy but that is ok
• Add 3 cups of whole milk to the yolks/sugar mixture, keep beating and slowly add the brandy and whiskey (Note: adding the liquor to fast will cook the eggs)
• Fold in the egg whites after they have been stiffly beaten
• Fold in whipping cream after it has been stiffly beaten
• Let sit 3-6 hours in the refrigerator before serving
• Serve with nutmeg
