Ingredients
- 1 pound beef
- 2 (10.75 ounce) golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bullion cube
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
- 1 dollop sour cream
- 1/2 packet onion soup mix
- sauteed mushrooms

Step 1
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
In slow cooker combine; meat, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, bullion cube, onion soup mix, garlic and water.
Cook on low 5 - 6 hours. On high for 3 - 4 hours.
Stir in; cream cheese, sour cream, sauteed mushrooms 30 minutes before serving.
