Ingredients
- 350 g butter, chopped into cubes
- 300 g chilled condensed milk (Chill 3-4 hrs. in fridge)
- 159 g Crisco shortening

Step 1
In mixer use paddle attachment to beat butter. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Now use whisk attachment to aerate butter. Slowly add shortening. Switch to medium-high speed to speed up the process. Manually scrape down the sides, to make sure it is well incorporated. Gradually add in the chilled condensed milk. Continue to mix 3-5 minutes until you reach a pale yellow color to achieve a smooth and glossy texture.
