Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup flour sifted
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. baking soda
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in microwave safe bowl until melted. Let cool.
Add brown sugar, vanilla and egg - mix well.
Add dry ingredients gradually. Blend well, and pour into greased pie plate or 9x9 pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
