- 4 fresh, never frozen 10-oz. New York Strips
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Directions
Clean and oil your grill grates with a spray bottle or hand towel dipped in canola oil. Heat to 550 degrees F.
Place seasoned steaks on grill. Grill to your desired degree of doneness.
Remove steaks from grill.
