Sleepy Hollow

A seasonally-inspired Manhattan, created by Gina Haase for "An Autumn Cocktail Party, November 2009.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Homemade Pumpkin Cordial
• 3/4 oz. Rittenhouse Rye
• 1/2 oz. Dolin Sweet Vermouth
• 1/4 oz. (bar spoon) Navan Vanilla
• 3 dashes Fee Brothers Old Fashioned bitters
• (Brandied pumpkin wedge, nutmeg lemon twist)

Preparation

Step 1

Shake all ingredients hard with ice. Place one pumpkin wedgel in a
cocktail glass and pour cocktail. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
