Ingredients

3/4 oz. Calvados Coquerel VSOP
3/4 oz. Nocino della Cristina Walnut liqueur
1/2 oz.R&W Orchard Pear
2 big dashes Fee Brothers Old Fashioned bitters
Demerara sugar cube
Spritz of Clove Essence
Twist of Lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters.

Muddle until dissolved. Place 3 hand-cracked tray ice cubes, add
liquor and stir. Garnish with spritz of Clove Essence and lemon twist.
