Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound beef
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoon butter
- Fresh parsley, chives or green onions

Preparation
Step 1
Cut beef into slices.
Dust with flour.
Heat olive oil and brown the meat.
Transfer meat to slow cooker.
In the pan used to brown meat add; butter.
Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.
De-glaze with red wine.
Add beef broth, paprika and mustards.
Pour over beef in slow cooker.
Mix together.
Cook on High for 2 hours or on low for 4 - 5 hours.
Garnish with fresh parsley, chives or green onion.
Serve with egg noodles (cooked per package instructions)
