- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup SUPERFINE sugar (not powdered!) sometimes called dessert sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15 chocolate-covered almonds, chopped

Combine milk and cream with the sugar. Whisk for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Stir in the vanilla extract, then stir in the chopped chocolate -covered almonds. Proceed with your ice cream maker's instructions to freeze.
