Ingredients

• 3 C cornmeal
• 2 T sugar
• 2 t baking powder
• 1 1/2 t salt
• 2 C buttermilk
• 2 eggs

Step 1

whisk dry ingredients in bowl, mix wet ingredients, combine and mix well. drop onto lightly oiled pan and fry like pancakes
