Ingredients
- 1-lb. pinto beans, sorted and cleaned
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 medium diced onion
- dash cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T. red chili powder
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
- several pickled jalapenos, diced

Step 1
Cook beans as directed until about 1 hour before done, add remainder of ingredients. Simmer about 1 hour. Also good with diced polish sausage & served over hot cooked rice.
