large manicotti shells
cups shredded mozzarella, divided
cups ricotta cheese
tbsp chopped fresh basil
jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce, divided
cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain; rinse w/cool water; let dry on paper towels. For filling, in medium bowl, stir together 3 cups mozzarella with ricotta & basil. Using teaspoon, stuff pasta w/prepared cheese mixture. Sppon 2 cups spaghetti sauce into prepared baking dish; arrange stuffed pasta over sauce; pour remaining spaghetti sauce over pasta; sprinkle w/remaining mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes; sprinkle w/parmesan; bake for 10 minutes longer; serve immediately.
