Ingredients
- 8-12Lg8-12 Lg Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
- 8oz8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 8oz8 oz Sour Cream
- 1/4Cup1/4 Cup Butter
- Salt to taste
- Potato Patties
- 11 egg
- 1/4C1/4 C cheddar
- 2oz2 oz sour cream
- 2Tbs2 Tbs Cr cheese
- 1/4C1/4 C flour
- SS and P
- Roll patties in flour. Fry in butter in fry pan. 15 mins.

Preparation
Step 1
Boil and drain potatoes. Add all ingredients together and whip. Spread in a buttered casserole dish and refrigerate or freeze (a few days). When ready to bake, thaw or take out of frig and brush with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. No gravy is needed.
If baked immediately , bake for 1/2 hour
If refrigerated, bake for 1 hour
Optional:
Can add a little more butter while whipping the mixture.
