Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1 1 cup butter
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup xxx sugar
- 2 2 2 cups flour
- Filling:
- 4 4 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 6 6 T flour
- 6 6 6 T lemon juice
- to sugar to sprinkle on top
- can can use gluten free flour and earth balance or margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Bake crust at 350* for 15 minutes. 9 x 13 pan.
Pour filling over crust and bake for 25 more minutes. Don't let it brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
