Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crust
- 4 C. cool whip
- 5.1 oz. package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 C. lemon juice
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- white chocolate curls and lemon zest for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Mix vanilla pudding and milk until well combined, set aside.
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy, with mixer still running add the pudding. Scarpe the bowl and beat until completely smooth, slowly beat in the lemon juice. Fold in 2 C. of the cool whip and spread the filling into the crust, top with the remaining cool whip.
Garnish: white chocolate curls, graham cracker crumbs, lemon zest
