This recipe makes the most tender and moist BBQ'd Pork I have ever had! Serve with Hot Chinese Mustard or Spicy Ketchup or Chili sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 Lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 1 bottle Hoison Sauce (7-8 oz.)
- 1 bottle Oyster Sauce (18oz.)
- 3 oz. Red food coloring
- 3/4 cup medium Dry Sherry
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. 5-Spice Chinese Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
remove all "silver" from tenderloin
Mix all other ingredients thoroughly, add pork and Marinate 24 to 72 hours in refrigerator.
Drain off Marinade. Roast 35 to 45 Minutes in 400 degree oven.
