Mini BBQ Chicken Pizzas

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 2/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 can (11.3 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated artisan dinner rolls made with whole grain
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend or Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease large cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix chicken and barbecue sauce.
Separate dough into 8 rolls. Press or roll each to form 4 1/2-inch round; place on cookie sheet. Place about 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each round. Top with 1 tablespoon each of onion, cheese and bell pepper.
Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until cheese is melted.
A rolling pin works great to roll out the dough, since it helps to press the seams together.
