Ingredients

  • 4 apples, sliced into 12 wedges each
  • 12 Trefoil cookies, crushed (about 1 cup)
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 c packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c granulated sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place the apples into a 8 x 8 inch baking dish.

Using a fork, mix the crushed cookies, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Bake at 375º until the topping is golden and the apples are tender and caramelized, about 1 hour.
