Creamy White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

• 15 C. chicken broth
• 5 lb. shredded chicken
• 3 lg. onions, diced
• 10 cloves garlic, minced
• 150 oz. great northern beans
• 40 oz. diced green chilis
• 75 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
• 5 tsp. salt
• 2 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 5 tsp. cumin
• 3 3/4 tsp. oregano
• 2 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 C. fresh cilantro, chopped
• 20 oz. cream cheese, cubed
• 1 1/4 C. half & half

Preparation

Step 1

Combine broth, chicken, onion, garlic, green chilis, cilantro, beans, corn and seasonings to large pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add cream cheese and half & half, cook and stir until cheese is melted and slightly thickened.
