Ingredients
- 12 pitted dates
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- thin bacon, cut in half

Directions
Slice bacon in half
Place bacon on baking sheet, bake 400 degrees about 10-15 minutes or until just starting to brown.
Do not bake until crispy
Mix mustard and syrup. Dip each date in mixture then roll in strip of bacon
Secure with toothpick
Place wrapped dates on baking sheet
400 degrees until lightly browned and slightly crispy
