Baked Spaghetti and Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 pound spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 (14.5 ounce) Italian style diced tomatoes with liquid
- 2 (10 ounce) Rotel with liquid
- 1/2 Tablespoon Italian seasonings
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter or spray 9 X 13 baking pan.
Break noodles into small pieces.
Cook spaghetti noodles and drain.
Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.
Cut bacon in half, lengthwise.
Cut into small pieces.
Fry bacon until it is slightly crisp.
Drain on paper towel.
Add onion and bell pepper to bacon grease.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until soft.
Add garlic and cook another 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning, cooked bacon and ground beef.
Bring to boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Layer 1/2 of the spaghetti noodles then 1/2 the meat sauce then 1/2 of the cheese.
Repeat layering.
Combine cream of mushroom soup and water.
Blend well.
Pour on top of the last cheese layer.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered for 35 minutes.
