- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups red grapefruit juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 of 6 oz. package (1 foil pouch) liquid fruit pectin

Step 1
Combine sugar, grapefruit juice and lemon juice. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Stir in pectin; return to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Quickly skim off foam with a metal spoon.
Ladle into hot sterilizer half pint jars. Wipe jar rims, adjust lids and screw bands.
Process in a boiling water canner for 5 minutes.
