- cinnamon
- sugar

Step 1
trim pie dough into rectangle. spread with softened butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix. roll into a log and flatten slightly. brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with coarse sugar and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. cool then slice log into thin pieces.
